1. Grapefruit juice

  • juice from 3 grapefruits
  • ½ cup of water (100 ml)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp of white tea (5 g)
  • 1 glass of water (250 ml)

Preparation:

  1. Add a teaspoon of white tea to a glass of water and bring it to a boil.
  2. Leave on low heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Wait another 10 minutes and strain.
  4. Drink white tea on an empty stomach or as part of breakfast.
  5. Repeat daily or drink these weight loss drinks at least three times a week.
