Therefore, going to work, many take with them for snacks chocolate bar, a pack of crackers or a sandwich. Refuse from high-calorie snacks

To maintain your health, you just need to give up harmful snacks and replace them with useful ones. Of course, sometimes you want to eat a piece of cake, but it can be a rare exception on the holiday and not be systematic.

It is clear that you will not eat them at work entirely – it’s not ethical and uncomfortable. However, one can make vegetable sticks from them: peel fresh carrots and celery and cut into thin sticks. In this form, vegetables can be taken to work.
According to scientists, when a person is very hungry, the feeling of satiety comes faster, if he eats crunchy foods. That’s why crisps and crunches are in such demand. But they can be replaced with carrot sticks, which also crunch. Or dried fruit, which is also quite suitable for snacking.
If you are at home, then as a snack you can prepare oatmeal porridge, in which to add the same prunes, dried apricots or bananas.
In the trend, butter from nuts and dried fruit
It is very useful and convenient to prepare yourself a butter of nuts, fruits, dried fruits with the addition of honey.
