The big role is played by features of an organism, after all, in some people, the skin reacts well enough to insignificant solar radiation.

The negative effects of sunlight are cumulative, even if you do not sunbathe for long. One of the most noticeable effects of regular sun exposure is premature skin aging. Note, that almost 90% of the time sunbathing will affect the skin over time in the form of wrinkles, pigment spots, or sagging skin. The reason for such negative consequences is that prolonged exposure to the sun leads to the depletion of collagen and elastin in the body.

Remember that ultraviolet rays are the main cause of premature skin aging. That is why regular long sunbathing is contraindicated. Note that the sun’s rays penetrate the skin and enter the dermis, leading to rapid pigmentation in the form of melanin. That is why the skin becomes darker.

To reduce the harmful effects of sunlight to a minimum, it is necessary to apply sunscreen not only when hiking on the beach, but throughout the year. Remember that the sun can damage your skin not only in summer but also every time you are outdoors.

It is worth noting that this disorder is directly related to allergic reactions to certain foods, clothing, medications, lotions, and even chlorine, which is used to purify pool water. All these allergic reactions can be activated as a result of prolonged exposure to sunlight.
